01. Getting to know each other.

If your application has made us curious, our recruiters will get in touch with you. We will ask a few questions regarding your work experience and skills. Also, we will tell you more about what we do and answer your questions.

02. The Online Interview.

After our first call, we will invite you to an online interview with one of the members of your potential team. We will ask about your current projects and how you think you can contribute to the SYNAOS success story. We will also discuss your role in more detail.

03. The Expert Session.

To make sure we don't just match on a personal level but also work well together, we will invite you to an expert session. Here you will spend time with your future team and gain insight about the way we work. We can't wait to see you in action!

04. The Founders Interview.

As a final step, you will meet one of our three founders and have time to chat with them. This is the last interview before you receive your offer from us. We are so excited about what's to come!

05. Onboarding.

We want to make sure that you have an awesome start into this next phase of your career! That’s why you will be able to access our onboarding website even before starting work. We have regular team events and would love to see you at our next one. In your first days with us, you will have a structured onboarding process, so you know exactly how things work.
